For would-be musicians, pianos have the power to inspire and to discourage. Cheap and ageing pianos can never be more than a basic and short term answer to what could be a lifelong interest and love for music.

Good second-hand pianos cannot easily be found at the drop of a hat. Too often the condition of pianos found in the 'For Sale' columns are just the wrong side of adequate. Occasionally bargains really can be found, but impulsive buyers, please beware.

My aim is to find and supply pianos that will give trouble-free satisfaction and meet the needs and expectations of keen and gifted pianists, who search for an instrument to accompany them further into the wonderful world of music.

Quality cannot be bought cheaply. A beautiful but poor piano might well be expensive. I have certainly seen many ugly ones that have been remarkably good. Most pianos fit somewhere between these extremes.

The pianos I supply will have undergone careful scrutiny, will be fit for purpose, a pleasure to play and good value for money!
